Training with Power Mini Clinic

Last night a group of us new Stages Power Meter owners got together for an informal presentation on how to get started with our new power meters. As I’ve been training with power since 2007, I tried to share some practical advice on gathering data, doing structured intervals, head unit and software issues, with a primary focus on physiologic training levels and the true power of using a power meter, tracking your training load over time (the Performance Management Chart).
