Overall, the “approach” in 2013 for racing timing and results systems remains unclear based on the update posted on the BRAC website earlier today.\u00a0\u00a0 What is clear is that the timing and results system utilized the past few years will be discontinued due to significant price increases in system materials and services.\u00a0 It appears that in 2013 various independent race timing\/results service vendors will provide timing chip based services or the fall back technology of high speed cameras.\u00a0 Stay tuned!
